Madelaine Panici is a master's student at the Harvard Graduate School of Education where she studies Education Policy and Analysis. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, with minors in Behavioral Science and Education, where she conducted original research on adolescent social competence and emotional outcomes. Prior to graduate school, she taught third-grade reading in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, working with students receiving special education services, English language learners, and students who had been retained. This experience grounds her commitment to equitable, evidence-based instruction to meet all learners, particularly those whose reading and attention difficulties have gone unrecognized. She is passionate about improving access to early literacy for all, and is broadly interested in translational research that informs how schools can better support the academic, social, and behavioral outcomes of learners.
